An offbeat love story, En Soap follows the bitchy but irresistible relationship between a young transsexual woman and her new neighbour. Filmed in the style of a daytime soap combined with the visuality of a Dogma film, En Soap is a deadpan melodrama with a twist... The cast shines in their complex performances of restless thirty-somethings. Winner of Best debut film at Berlinale Film Festival in 2006.
